Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK

                       

                       Founding Will is a movement whose seeds were sown after the constitution and the government completely lost their legitimacy with the constitutional amendment referendum held illegally on April 16, 2017.

                       Due to the fact that the opposition, especially the main opposition party, the Republican People’s Party (RPP), did not fulfill their duties in the face of the unlawful abolition of the constitution on April 16, 2017, and that there is a clear opposition gap in our country, we set out with the idea that, "There is no dictator. What is missing is the opposition." 

​

                        We, who aim to build a just order together, see that this goal can be achieved by radically changing the political institution, which has become the source of all problems by losing its legitimacy and function of being the defender of our people's rights, and by our people making a founding constitution with the help of the founding power, and are working for this.

​

                         Under the current conditions where the constitution and the government are illegitimate, we, as the Founding Will Movement, have held meetings with many political party leaders, members of parliament, non-governmental organizations, journalists, writers, academics, individuals, and organizations and reached thousands of people since April 16, 2017, in order to announce, expand, and socialize our efforts to bring our people to a fair order.

                          At the 38th Ordinary Congress of the RPP held on November 4–5, 2023, we worked to bring the RPP back to its founding party status in the second century of the Republic. In this course, despite the protests we carried out in front of Halk, Sozcu, and Tele1 televisions, we faced the censorship of the opposition press, which created the perception of a two-candidate race and designed the Republican People's Party by preventing other candidates from making their voices heard.

                          With every step we have taken since April 16, 2017, we have personally experienced that not only the government but also the main opposition party and the opposition press, and therefore every corner of the country, have actually been occupied.

                          We continue to walk with dedication and determination on our path, which we have started to walk with the awareness of Mustafa Kemal Ataturk's words, "The burden of responsibility is heavier than anything, even death." knowing that it will not be easy.

                           We present it to the knowledge and appreciation of our people, who are the UNCONDITIONAL OWNERS OF THE SOVEREIGNTY.
